Terms draft Organizer decisions pending

Ticket and merchandise terms

Version: 13 October 2026 ? organizer review draft.

These terms describe purchases for The Axe in Stuttgart. Clearly marked test bookings are for testing and do not grant admission to the live concert. The remaining organizer decisions below must be completed before these terms are used for live sales.

1. Organizer and contracting party

The proposed ticket seller and event organizer is 8586 Nepal GbR, Moerikestrasse 34, 72666 Neckartailfingen, Germany. Email: 8586nepal@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +49 15753137288. SixHead Studio provides the technical booking platform; it does not receive customer payments as a payment intermediary.

Confirm the contracting seller, authorized representatives and any additional legally required business particulars.

2. Event, prices and availability

These terms concern The Axe concert planned for 19 December 2026 at Liederhalle, Stuttgart. The event listing and order summary identify the selected category, included benefits, quantities and total in euros. Check these details before submitting. Availability is checked when the reservation is created; adding items to a basket alone does not reserve them. The current online limit is ten tickets per reservation.

Confirm the exact hall, address, doors/performance times, final inclusive prices, tax treatment and any additional fees. All unavoidable charges must be disclosed before a binding order.

3. Reservation and purchase

You can change selections and contact details before submitting. A successful reservation provides a booking reference and payment instructions. The reference or reservation acknowledgement alone is not an admission ticket. Please supply an accurate email address and contact support promptly if you discover an error.

Contract formation remains to be approved: specify whether the initial reservation is non-binding, when a binding purchase offer is made and how the organizer accepts it. Align this with the checkout button, payment step and confirmation emails. Also confirm contract language, storage/access to the contract and delivery of these terms on a durable medium. Do not treat the existing ?Reserve tickets & continue? button as a reviewed payment-obligation button.

4. Payment and reservation deadlines

Use the bank-transfer or PayPal instructions supplied for your booking and include its exact reference. Both methods require organizer verification. Selecting ?I've made payment? records your report and method; it does not confirm receipt or issue tickets. Follow the expiry time shown on your booking page. An unpaid reservation can expire and release its allocation.

If you paid but the booking expires, or the amount or reference was incorrect, contact support with the booking reference and transaction details. Do not pay again solely because an email has not arrived. A late payment does not automatically restore an expired reservation. If the organizer cannot fulfill an order for which money was received, statutory repayment rights remain unaffected.

Confirm whether payment must arrive or be initiated before the deadline, how verification delays are handled, and procedures for late, partial, excess and duplicate payments. Use the configured booking deadline rather than promising a fixed hold period here.

5. Ticket delivery and downloads

After payment verification and confirmation, tickets are prepared for email delivery as a PDF. Check your spam folder and contact support if delivery fails. Authorized organizers can download the same tickets and arrange delivery through another agreed channel. A delay in email delivery alone does not mean payment failed.

Each ticket QR identifies one admission. Keep it private and bring a readable digital or printed copy. Reprinting or forwarding a ticket does not create another admission; the check-in system rejects repeat use. If a ticket is lost or disclosed to someone else, contact the organizer. A replacement download alone does not invalidate earlier copies.

Confirm the delivery timeframe, resale and name-change rules and compromised-ticket replacement process.

6. T-shirt preorders

The current shop includes one shirt per VIP ticket and charges EUR25 for each additional shirt, with a maximum of ten shirts per order. Choose sizes for all shirts, including those included with VIP tickets. The order summary identifies sizes, quantities and additional charges. Shirts are for collection at the event; shipping is not included in the current workflow.

Statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. The withdrawal exception for dated concert tickets must not automatically be applied to separately purchased merchandise. Selecting a standard shirt size does not by itself make an item personalized.

Confirm stock/fulfillment arrangements, collection location and hours, uncollected goods, size exchanges and treatment of included VIP shirts if the event is cancelled. Provide the applicable merchandise withdrawal instructions, model form, return address and return-cost information before accepting binding online merchandise purchases; assess bundled VIP goods separately.

Confirmed entry and support information

Organizers handle missing tickets, payment queries and refunds. Contact 8586nepal@gmail.com. Organizer staff operate the dashboard and entry checks.

8. Customer cancellation and withdrawal

For concert admission supplied on a specified date, the statutory distance-selling withdrawal right is generally excluded under section 312g(2)(9) BGB. This does not remove rights arising from cancellation, non-performance or other breaches by the organizer, and does not automatically cover merchandise.

Contact the organizer if you cannot attend or have made a duplicate booking. Cancellation of an unpaid reservation releases its allocation; it does not process a refund for another booking.

Confirm any voluntary cancellation, exchange or transfer policy. No additional blanket ?no refunds? rule is established by this draft.

9. Event cancellation, postponement and changes

The organizer will communicate material changes using the contact details supplied. If the event is cancelled or the agreed service cannot be provided, customers retain their statutory rights, including repayment where due. A postponement does not automatically require acceptance of a replacement date or a voucher. Rights arising from significant changes remain unaffected.

Contact support with your reference for refund enquiries. Do not send passwords or full card credentials. Any reimbursement will be handled through an appropriate verified method; these terms do not impose an additional refund-processing charge.

Confirm the notification/refund process, expected processing times and treatment of any separately disclosed fees and merchandise. Do not promise unrestricted changes to date, venue or principal performers.

10. Liability

The organizer is liable in accordance with applicable statutory law. These terms do not exclude liability for injury to life, body or health, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers' mandatory rights, including applicable rights concerning defective goods, are preserved.

11. Privacy and support

See the privacy information for handling of booking details, payments, email delivery and check-in records. Acknowledging the privacy notice is not consent to marketing. For support, include your booking reference and describe the issue.

12. Applicable law and complaints

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence where required. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. Please contact the organizer first about complaints; this does not restrict access to courts or other remedies.

Confirm the applicable consumer-dispute-resolution information, including whether the organizer is willing or obliged to participate and any competent body. No exclusive Stuttgart jurisdiction clause is imposed on consumers.

13. Version and outstanding approval

The terms supplied for a purchase govern that purchase; later website edits do not automatically change an existing agreement. This document remains a draft until the marked commercial decisions and checkout implementation are resolved and the organizer approves the final version.

Review references: BGB section 312j (online orders), section 309 (standard terms) and section 326 (non-performance).
